As an attorney, I primarily represent individuals with physical or emotional disabilities, chronic medical conditions, or severe personal injuries. I represent clients in both state and federal cases, and also represent clients in prosecuting and defending appeals.

In addition, I am the author/editor of "Cyber-Esq.," a blog that focuses on the legal and practical issues of the growing field of "virtual lawyering." By the end of the year, I anticipate the release of addiional blogs/sites - a photoblog about police misconduct, a legal news site aimed at the Gen-Y audience, a blog and site about depression and anxiety in the legal profession, and a blog about critical thinking skills.

Lastly, I am developing a student blog and website, with social network profiles for use at John F. Kennedy University School of Law. I am often asked to help develop graphics and content for blog and website owners, which I do on an amateur or hobby basis for now.
